Founded in 2007 by two leaders of a nationally owned long-term care pharmacy, Clarest Health (formerly ProCare LTC) began as a provider of institutional (non-retail) pharmacy services to long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Through multiple personal experiences, these leaders recognized a need in the pharmacy services industry to return to the fundamental concepts of quality patient care. Those concepts became Clarest’ s WHY and remain the center point of our purpose-driven foundation.
Clarest Health is a Virginia based, Medication Management provider and a portfolio company of Sverica Capital Management. We partner with healthcare organizations across the continuum of care and provide unmatched pharmacy services to simplify the complexities of medication management. Our team of over 800 employees’ services 325 long term care facility locations, and we are proud to have touched the lives of over 407,475 patients.
Following a rebrand in 2022, Clarest established a growth trajectory that included adding capabilities and access to quality pharmacy services through acquisitions and organic efforts. Our enterprise brand, Clarest Health, represents the organization coming together as a portfolio of brands, leveraging over 51 years of Medication Management expertise, encompassing legacy products and services and innovative new offerings that highlight our ability to uniquely deliver pharmacy care that treats every patient individually and holistically.
