Founded in 2007
We are Clarest Health. Founded in 2007 by two leaders of a nationally owned long-term care pharmacy, Clarest Health (formerly ProCare LTC) began as a provider of institutional (non-retail) pharmacy services to long-term care (LTC) and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Through multiple personal experiences, these leaders recognized a need in the pharmacy services industry to return to the fundamental concepts of quality patient care. Those concepts became Clarest’s why and remain the center point of our purpose-driven foundation.
