Ashley Yocum is an accomplished healthcare professional and pharmacist with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as the VP of Clinical Strategy at ProCare LTC, a division of Clarest Health. With a strong background in pharmacy and extensive experience in business administration, Ashley brings a unique perspective to her role. She leverages her in-depth understanding of pharmaceuticals, Medication Management, and patient care to drive strategic initiatives that optimize clinical operations and improve patient outcomes. She holds a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Duquesne University, a master’s degree in business administration from Grand Canyon University and is completing the Harvard Business Analytics Program. Ashley is dedicated to shaping the future of healthcare delivery by leveraging her knowledge and skills. Building an effective clinical strategy means balancing the focus of the organization with developing a true vision that gives a unique and competitive advantage within the marketplace. This, however, means nothing without the patient at the very center of our strategy. There is a tremendous opportunity to advance patient health through technology enabled medication management and collaboration amongst patients, caregivers, providers, payers, and pharmacies. Focusing on the impact we can have on our patients through improvement of clinical outcomes and holistic patient care across the entire care continuum and truly advancing patient health at every step is my passion and my why.
